Beginner Intensive Workshop 2022
This June Twisted Clay will be offering for the second time a Beginner Intensive Workshop. Below are details on what to expect:
Age: Adults Only
Instruction: An Introduction to the potter's wheel
Price: $275 includes studio clay, glazing & firing.
A one-time purchase of a beginner tool kit is needed. You can purchase tools any place that sells pottery tools, or we can sell them on the first day of class for $30. Twisted Clay toolkits include a few extra items in addition to a box to store your tools.
Our workshop will include four days of making and one day of glazing. This means you will be making work Monday - Thursday and then come back the following week on Friday to glaze. The time between is used to let all the items dry and go through the kiln one time in preparation for glazing.
